‘Shine Your Light’ is a series of personal-growth workshops for women (and sometimes teens), organised by eShe magazine. The agenda is to learn, laugh, network, move, meditate and eat! Participants go back with bag-fulls of gifts, heart-fulls of love and happy memories. Yay!
