Born in Boston, USA, and now based in Rome, Italy, Kass has travelled the world over, facilitated over 1,000 classes and assisted over 10,000 people, including American celebrities such as Madonna, Ray Charles, Denzel Washington, Whoopi Goldberg, Michelle Pfeiffer, Miles Davis and Morgan Freeman.

She will conduct the first session at eShe’s Shine Your Light based on her book 7 Steps to Flawless Communication.

 

Priti H Panchmatia

Priti Panchmatia.jpgA celebrity zumba trainer based in Mumbai, Priti Panchmatia has had advanced training in this dance form from the US, and has over a decade of experience teaching fitness to Mumbai-kars.

Zumba is a high-energy, dance-based, interval-style workout set to great music. It helps you have fun while you burn calories, and is suited to women of all ages, fitness levels and body types.

Priti will conduct the second session at eShe’s Shine Your Light on the basics of zumba.

 

Suma Varughese

Suma VarugheseSuma Varughese is the founder-facilitator of the Zen of Good Writing Course. The course is the summation of her work as a writer, editor and journalist for 40 years, having worked with some of the leading magazines in the country.

Suma was the former editor-in-chief of Life Positive, India’s leading body-mind-spirit magazine, and editor of Society magazine. She has authored two books and is a popular guest speaker at many conferences and seminars.

What makes the Zen of Good Writing so unique is its powerful blend of self-knowledge with writing. Suma believes that the more we are in touch with ourselves and know ourselves, the better writers we will be.

Suma will conduct the third session on journaling for personal transformation.

 

Rashi Bunny

Rashi-Bunny.jpgAn award-winning theatre personality, cinema actor, writer and poet, Rashi Bunny has developed a wide oeuvre of theatrical techniques in over two decades of work. She believes that the purpose of art is to add meaning to life and to elevate human consciousness.

She has won numerous awards for India at various international theatre festivals, and was awarded the Ustad Bismillah Khan Yuva Puraskar for Theatre Direction, the highest national award given to an artist below 40 years from Government of India.

She will conduct a session called ‘Gypsy Woman: The Wisdom of the Wild Within’ at eShe’s Shine Your Light.

 

Aekta Kapoor

Aekta-Kapoor.jpgAekta Kapoor is the founder editor of eShe magazine and the author of the spiritual memoir 100 Paths. She is a lifestyle journalist and editorial consultant with her pieces appearing in some of India’s top media publications.

After several years in fashion and lifestyle media — and many experiments in faith and personal growth — Aekta is now largely occupied with matters to do with feminism and spirituality. She gives motivational talks on inner transformation, sexual empowerment, following one’s purpose and ‘shining one’s light’.

She’s all set to conduct a fun and empowering ‘Game of Hugs’ at eShe’s Shine Your Light in Mumbai.
