eShe TV: What Is ‘Imposter Syndrome’ and How to Deal with Low Self-Worth

You may be successful on the outside but still feel like a failure inside. Manvi Pant explains the Imposter Syndrome in episode 13 of eShe TV.

Considering yourself unworthy of success or happiness is often the result of a psychological pattern called Imposter Syndrome.

Repeated negative messaging during childhood that one is not good enough or that one lacks something in comparison with others leads many people, especially from marginalized communities, to internalize these messages and to doubt their own worth in adulthood.

In episode 13 of eShe TV, Manvi Pant discusses this psychological phenomenon in her show ‘Mind Over Matter’.
