Programme:

This is a residential retreat of duration four nights and five days.

DAY 1: Arrivals, check-ins, introductions, orientation.

DAY 2 and 3: Breathwork techniques, activate energy centres, elemental breathing, finding soul-purpose, getting a sense of direction through progression sessions.

DAY 4: Nature-based group exercises, beach walking, heal deep-rooted patterns through regression session, inner-child healing.

DAY 5: Conclusion, feedback, check-outs, departure.
