Feminine intelligence exists in all of us. It is what empowers us to nurture rather than destroy, to regenerate rather than deplete, and to create compassionate dialogue.
Over millennia, however, in the pursuit of power and control, feminine intelligence has been condemned as a weakness or vulnerability unique to women. It is considered unworthy of a place within mainstream society, economics or politics.
But this ancient wisdom is awakening, and its role is now critical. It is needed to restore integrity to our human and social systems, and will determine the quality of human lives and the future of the planet.
FemmeQ is an international movement committed to creating new paradigms of thinking and acting in core sectors of society using feminine intelligence.
Taking forward the journey towards conscious leadership, the sixth international FemmeQ Summit is all set to take place from 24 – 27 October 2023 in Strasbourg, France.
eShe is proud to be media partner for the FemmeQ Summit.
“Feminine intelligence is a deep knowing that we are all part of a living universe; an innate sense of responsibility for the survival, thriving and flourishing of human and planetary life,” says Karen Lee Downes, cofounder and managing director, FemmeQ.
An acclaimed entrepreneur, author, athlete and leadership coach based in Costa Rica, US and UK, Karen believes the embodiment of feminine intelligence “brings the concentration of love, energy and life-force to something that is of the greatest importance beyond self-interest.”
The Summit will take place at Château de Pourtalès, a 250-year-old fairytale castle nestled in a beautiful park at the historical centre of one of Europe’s most dynamic and multi-cultural cities, Strasbourg, France.
Two dozen transformation catalysts and workshop facilitators from around the world will share their time and wisdom over three days this October. They include:
